The individual is able to deliver excellent 3D visual drawing, blueprint, moodboard.

1. The individual masters the architectural space, function and asthetics, and able to deliver excellent 3D visual/illustration for retail or architecture in very tight deadline.

2. The candidate should have the ability to manage all aspects of the modeling/rendering process such as : 3D Studio max/Alias Studio/Maya, or equal.

3. The individual in this position will directly report to the Project Manager or Creative Director and work with art director and other consultants.

4. This department creates 3D animated visual simulations and/or complex CAD models of architectural/product/retail/packaging.

5. The candidate should have the ability to manage all aspects of the modeling/rendering process such as : Import into 3D Studio max/Alias Studio/Maya, RealFlow or equal.

6. Manage the moodboard for final presentation & able to product 3d mockup if necessary.

7. Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Commerical Architecture & Interior (retail, mix-use development, etc)

The incumbent serves as Embassy Jakarta’s Financial Assistant/Budget Analyst and core team member representing FMC on Department of Justice (DOJ). Interacts directly with key management officials of the supported agency with the primary objective of preparing and disseminating financial reports to the agency, assuring it adheres with USG standard regulations.
