*Project Finance Specialist*

*Job Description*

1. Provide professional service and support in finance for bidding processes and prepare financial feasibility proposals for bidding projects, including but not limited developing financial models for OPEX and CAPEX analysis, provision finance functional to assure due diligence and independent review have been performed for all Investment proposals, taking into account economic assumptions, contingencies, risks and accounting, contractual, insurance, tax and treasury implications

2. Oversee the project budget plan and financial analysis, and drive and assist Project Managers to implement budget management

3. Handle financial costs management and improve project output level

4. Monitor and manage payments / receipts of projects, track and report the performance of project cash flows and coordinate to resolve potential risks / problems related to fund liquidity

5. Relationship management within and outside functional / corporate boundaries, including but not limited to establishing relationship with customers and sub-contractors

Job Requirement*

1. Minimum 3 years experience in financial management, with comprehensive understanding of budget plans, cost management and financial analysis. Relevant experience in Customer Service of Management Service Business is a definite plus

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to face challenges and required the ability to multitask

3. Strong computer skills including Excel, Access etc

4. Minimum: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

The incumbent serves as Embassy Jakarta’s Financial Assistant/Budget Analyst and core team member representing FMC on Department of Justice (DOJ). S/He takes an active role in managing and monitoring all assigned allotments/budgets; maintains records of allotments and assures appropriate funds control. Interacts directly with key management officials of the supported agency with the primary objective of preparing and disseminating financial reports to the agency, assuring it adheres with USG standard regulations.
